Q: Where are you located?
A: D-Pro Studios does not have a physical location but is based out of Stover, Missouri and does business typically anywhere in the local area.

Q: How long do projects normally take?
A: The time it takes to complete an order depends on the project itself as well as terms that are negotiated with the customer. Projects that require a tighter deadline may be charged a separate fee. 

Q: What if I don't like it?
A: D-Pro Studios offers up to 5 revisions for your project so that we can make it exactly what you're looking for.

Q: Who does the voice-over for video projects?
A: Customers are encouraged to record their own voice-over using equipment that I provide.

Q: How does the background music work?
A: Any song that is used will be copyright free for commercial use or obtained with a commercial license. This will be included in the final charge.

Q: Will I own the project after paying you?
A: After payment, you are free to use your project any way you like. However, you may not alter the D-Pro Studios branding in any way at the end of video projects.
